We came in for a simple lunch—just turkey sandwiches—but thanks to Bryanna, it felt like we were dining in a 5-star restaurant. Good food with a very pleasant atmosphere. The ambience is surprisingly relaxing for being in the center of a busy international airport terminal. There is even side "pick and go area", self-service and self pay for pre-packaged items.
Excellent service from all. My server, Sydney was extremely helpful right the way through and even when the restaurant started to fill up. I was offered a portable charger so that I could remain seated in the middle of the room. Great experience all round and would recommmend if you are near gate D use this place!!

Love this salad! Portion size was just enough and the dressing just perfect! The QR code menu didn’t work but our waitress was outstanding. Will definitely come back if I fly out of Terminal D.
Great food. Order with QR code and food is brought to you straight from the kitchen. The drinks are good but expensive but that’s airport prices. We had chicken taquitos and the fish tacos, both plates nicely, and made fresh.
I had to grab some breakfast while waiting for my flight and saw Hugo's. To order you need to scan the QR code and open the app. The process was easy and quick and my breakfast was brought to me in about 5 minutes after ordering. I ordered the huevos rancheros which where served on a tortilla shell. I ad no idea what to expect but found myself pleasingly surprised how well this meal tasted. There was a slight spice that really gave this plate a kick. I need to get the recipe. The waiter was also attentative which I give him credit since the place was busy and I only saw two waiters. Thumbs up.

The chicken was perfectly cooked, the tortillas were fresh, and the salsa had just the right kick to tie it all together. Shaw, who took care of us, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of perfect. He made sure we had everything we needed, helped us feel comfortable, and managed our time so we could enjoy our meal without the stress of rushing to our flight.
